Crashes

Just got the app and tried importing a character once I did that and tried placing it into my template it would just crash. I deleted and reinstalled the app but had no luck as I would still have the same issues. The other thing is that it takes so long to import every texture. I wish that they were pre-installed characters and backgrounds to make it faster.

I downloaded this game for 3D animation but when I downloaded my first character model it was grey and I tried everything but it was always grey fix your app!
