Almost exceptional...
I love my Jabra's! I first purchased the 65t a few years ago and since then have bought 6 pairs - they are a beautiful gift to friends and family! I replaced the 65t with the 85t and am still I love with them!
Sound quality, battery duration, a solid yet light weight earbud that fits so very snuggly. Noise cancellation is excellent considering it's not a full ear covering ear piece! The app is simple and straight forward and finding all the user guide info is straight forward.
My only feedback/request is perhaps a widget for "moment" settings within the app - needing to open the whole app to simply change this setting is cumbersome and makes the entire option useless in a way. I'm too lazy to open the app every time I switch between music or a podcast or want to slightly alter the EQ settings.
An after thought is perhaps a reward incentive for passionate customers like myself, the cost of upgrading to the newer version once the battery starts reaching the end of its capacity is high, especially if the older ones still kiiiiinda work and last just just long enough.
Earbuds won’t turn off
The earbuds never turn off when not used, if they aren’t used they go into sleep mode. I don’t want them to go into sleep mode, I want them off automatically in order to save battery life. It would be great if they had the option to turn off after not using them for 30 mins (instead of pressing both earbud buttons to manually turn off).
Sometimes I put them in the charging case and sometimes they don’t charge properly and therefore the battery dies. I need an alert/notification that my earbud’s battery is low and that they need charging please. Otherwise the earbuds need the ability to automatically turn off (not sleep). I also need an alert that notifies me when they are charging/fully charged please.
Apart from the earbuds not charging sometimes when I put them in the case, the app is user friendly.

Impressive but can be improved
The significant delay on the “configuring headset” page before accessing your apps features is becoming annoying. The time I takes is inconsistent as there are a few times when it only takes 10 or less seconds which is great, but most of the time it takes anything between 30-90 seconds.
Don’t know what’s wrong, could be something on my end but I’d love it if anyone had a solution to this.
Very impressed with the technology and capabilities of app otherwise. No regrets in my purchase. For reference, I’m using the elite 85t with an iPhone 7+ .
