بعض عيوب التطبيق
التطبيق لايسمح بتقييم المندوب ولا يسمح بالغاء الطلب لاي سبب حتى لو تاخر المندوب اتمنى اصلاح العيوب هذي فمن حق العميل ان يلغي الطلب في حال المندوب استلم الطلب من المطعم ولف فيه المدينه كلها حتى يوصل طلبات ثانيه وفي النهايه وصل الطاب متاخر وبارد ماينوكل
الدعم الفني متجاوبين ولكن زحمه الاتصالات ووقت الانتظار طويل
التطبيق يقرر على كيفه
يقرر التطبيق على كيفه بمجرد ان الطلبات بالسله انه يرسل الطلب لان معلومات مسبقا محفوظه وايضا حددت اللوكيشن لكن عندما ماشفت الدفع عند الاستلام ماكملت الطلب فحاه القى طلب واصل للبيت وانا الردي طلبت من تطبيق اخر! مدري استغلال او اجبار المستهلك ؟ لا وتتصل علي الموظفه وتوبخني كاني اصغر عيالها ! مر غريبه هالتخلف صراحه مسحت التطبيق ولن اتعامل معه ابدا!
