This is ok but needs lots of improvements
The JAPA108 app has the following shortcomings
1: They (the owners) say that we can add our own japa but this is not true as the administration has to be convinced by your request to add a particular japa, and only then the request is given due consideration. This rarely happens as most if not all of the requests are turned down. No reasoning given ever. They even don’t bother to reply to emails asking for explanation.
2: The app should allow the buyer to add his own japas without anyone’s permission. This unfortunately is not the case and the user who pays for the app is restricted to the japas decided by the administration. Someone needs to develop a flexible app to counter this stupidity.
