JBL Portable 4+

With the slider to adjust the brightness of the LED’s, is it possible to have a save feature so every-time you leave the app, it doesn’t have to automatically reset the brightness level and you can keep it at the highest level?

I purchased two JBL speakers thinking the party boost connection feature meant I could have one speaker in a room and the other out in the common room however you can only use this feature through this app which is only available to iPhones and iPods!
This means if I want to use my phone to call or watch something or a text comes through the music stops.
This app would be great if it was compatible with desk top computers or iPads!
considering the speakers are expensive and promotes the feature connecting multiple speakers, I would have thought the app would be compatible with more devices. It’s useless and disappointing

The app knows I have a JBL Charge 5 but the device has to be Forgotten, power cycled and Bluetooth paired with my phone while the app is open, to be discovered. That coupled with the app settings not being remembered means it’s useless except for firmware updates - not that I’m confident it would manage that without bricking the device. So, nice idea, fundamental flaw in execution.
