They cancel ur product whenever , whichever they want
I ordered 5 products , had to give gifts to someone. Just got refund a day before the delivery. There was nothinng sureshich product was going to arrive and which got cancelled. I had to get my gifts again urgently from some local store. They cancelled 3 products out of 5.
This happened 3 times already with me. They usually put the product on clearence to attract customers Nd later cancels it . Pathetic
Problem with emails
Great app, easy to use, love it! Hate the emails. Unsubscribed months ago yet I keep having to. It says allow 3 days for it to take effect. I do allow 1 week before going through my emails, I purposely make sure I DONT click to receive emails everytime I sign up somewhere yet every sight still sends them unfortunately so I’m used to it at this point. It wouldn’t bother me as much if I didn’t get emails everyday.
Btw if anyone else needs to unsubscribe scroll all the way down to the latest email and in the tiniest writing there’s an option to unsubscribe. You’re welcome

This app is very efficient to use.
However, My previous order that was placed 5 August never arrived as I was advised this morning after follow ups and responses, that their was a jd system error and my order was cancelled as it was assigned to the wrong warehouse???? I was apparently refunded today and have reordered the same order today, so hopefully it is a better experience and the product actually arrives.
