Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults HD 12+

Lastest version (late 2019) disappoints.

I have enjoyed using the app for several years and would have rated it Five stars plus. However, I am disappointed that previous version features have been dropped in the newest version. 1. With one tap I used to be able to get ALL edge pieces into the body of the puzzle where I could then shuffle them around. There was an edge icon with an arrow pointing into the puzzle. Now I have to move edge pieces in individually, taking about 80 moves. 2. When the puzzle gets overcrowded with pieces I haven’t yet placed, I used to be able to send the pieces back to the side with one move. There was an icon with a jigsaw piece and an arrow pointing out of the jigsaw. Now I have to individually place them back to the side one by one. 3. If I have only a few pieces to complete the puzzle and those pieces are hidden in the jigsaw, they used to light up, making it easier to complete the puzzle. I would like to know how to go back to the previous version. I have sent to emails to customer service but received no reply. MaryAnne

Annoying ads and update changes

I have been playing this app for years I find it really relaxing and there are plenty of puzzles to play. Unfortunately there have been changes to the app that are annoying and have not improved the game which is why you update. Also they have increased the volume of ads. I would not complain if the ads are in between games but these ads appear while you are doing a puzzle. Super annoying and not very relaxing, the other disappointing thing is how the app developers have responded to other reviews that complain about the increase of ads. (Yes there are many more complaining about the increased ads) they have suggested that you purchase the game for a low cost (I’ll give them that) and the purchase game is ad free!! This is not the point if I wanted to purchase a game I would have along time ago. I will just find another game that is free. I’m sure I’m not the only one that will find another app that is free that doesn’t have ads during a puzzle. This doesn’t not make the game relaxing it increases your frustration so why would you continue to play a game that annoys you.
Developers you are going to lose people playing this game because we will find another app to play. If you think it will get us to buy it you are wrong most people will leave. Watch the number of people playing this free version decrease because us long term users will go👋

More stylish, too many ads

I have used this app happily for many, many years. It has a good range of puzzle sizes, and the availability of an easy option with non rotating pieces, and heaps of puzzles in a great variety of subjects and difficulty and uses both photographs and sketches. Now v 1.4.3 is released. I like the better range of background colours in this version but would like to suggest the possibility of the colours being adjustable in intensity. (i.e able to be made a paler version of the same tone). I’m very unhappy with the ads. I understand ads pay for free puzzles but they are now so extended and there are so many. I would pay for an ad free version but do not see why it has to be bundled with create your own puzzle. This may be an attempt to make the cost more acceptable but it just makes me more annoyed because make your own puzzle function was available in an earlier version and was removed slyly in an update. The cost is really exorbitant too. What about an annual subscription instead at a more reasonable price.
