Can read and submit tickets. Can change user accounts if you wish. No access to the knowledge base or administration pages though from the app. Personally I’ll use the web version on my phone instead but it is okay.

Great app. Just needs the ability for users to submit tickets. Adding full function to it would be good, so it's not just for techs as a viewer

Once logged in an account, unable to log out and back into a different accountLog into one account> select username (drop down menu at top of page)> select ‘log out’>Login one displays> select ‘SAML/SSO’ (the only option)> logged back into previous account without option to change to a different account/username
