I do enjoy the notifications and the tasks to complete section. It is quite a well designed app.
However, recording job search evidence can be a little tricky. I feel sorry for whomever is not technologically savvy for they would struggle and become annoyed quite easily.
For example: I have learnt that if I have the app open for too long and then reopen to record evidence of a job I applied to, I can enter all the information in but once I submit it the app logs me out and I have to re-enter all the info once more. To get around this little glitch I log myself out and in again after I know the app has been open for too long and not been used.

Hi Ames23! Thanks for your feedback about the app. We're glad to hear you find the notifications and tasks to complete sections useful. For security reasons, the app does log out after a period of time. We are working on creating a PIN login to make the process easier, which we hope to roll out by the end of the year. Some bugs. Good otherwise.
I’m not sure if this was an intentional change or a bug, but since the last update the background colour in several sections of the app has changed to black with the text being a dark grey or black (not visible). In other sections the background is instead light grey and the text white. It’s making it impossible to read anything.
I’ve also stopped receiving alerts that I have notifications or messages from my consultant, despite giving permission to the app to do this.
The app overall, apart from the above issues, has worked quite well. It’s easy to navigate and input information.

It sounds like you might have your mobile in dark mode. If you go to your mobile's device settings > Display and brightness, you should be able to change it there. Hope this helps.

Awful app, costing me my payments
I’m really not happy with this app at all, just like everyone else! It logs you out after short periods of time, there is no longer the option to add jobs to my last reporting period and just recently it has been having some kind of “backend server error” for 5 days. Because of this app/website and how our payments are completely reliant on them, I am now suspended and my job provider cannot help me. I am furious.
I’ve emailed the sites feedback mail address and nothing has been done to correct the issues.
I need to add jobs to my last reporting period ASAP and that option isn’t even on the webpage either!!!! Fix this please!!!!
