Doesn’t really do much
Can’t make a cool with the app, can’t see the text from the app, I can review some information with the app.
In today’s mobile world, having full functionality in the app is critical, they really haven’t thought about this one.

We released it early to involve our users in the journey of building it out. In the latest version, you can make calls and send texts from the record details tabs or use the “Contact” short cut action in the Search results.
