JOHNSON’S® BEDTIME™ baby sleep app helps you track and learn about your baby’s sleep habits, and provides a sleep-analysis tool with recommendations on how to help improve your baby’s sleep.
You’ll also find information about JOHNSON’S® 3-step bedtime routine which is clinically proven to help your baby fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer*. JOHNSON’S® BEDTIME™ app can be used to help support your bedtime routine with reminders and access to soothing lullabies.

I really wanted to love this app. I wanted to easily record sleeps and gain insight into my baby's sleep patterns. However, after using it for 3 weeks I am finding it slow and glitchy. After pressing "stop timer" it can take 15 seconds to proceed to the save prompt, and when I look back the app has frustratingly saved the same nap two or three times and lost other naps on multiple occasions. In future improvements (once these bugs have been ironed out) I'd like the stats to reflect midnight to midnight times, to make the recording of the night wakings easier (a pause button maybe?) and to use your sleep stats within the sleep survey.
