JSA OnTheGo's intuitively designed interface and built in 'compliance checking' helps to ensure that your JSA / JHA / JSEA will adhere to the strictest of standards with minimum effort.
Our AI integration allows you instantly create almost any JSA imaginable.Simply type in the task details for your job and we'll automatically generate your risk assessment and all PPE requirements for you - all that's left to do is fill in any incomplete header details and rate the hazards and controls.
In very little time, you will be producing professional formatted and color-coded PDF files that have been digitally signed and timestamped. All team members can easily review the JSA/JHA, hazard reference photos and their assigned roles before signing (contact-free option available).
Risk assessments are simple to create and you can even add reference photos with mark-ups from within the app!
Our fully customizable risk matrix editor allows you to create your own tailored risk matrices and the voice recognition function definitely helps to speed things up dramatically.
One of the huge time saving features is the ability to reuse most of a completed JSA/JHA when creating a new (similar one). Simply choose which parts you would like to include and 99% of the work is done for you!
As you create your JSA/JHA, it is constantly saved - so you know that you can go back to where you left off at any time... and your PDF files are saved to the cloud for instant retrieval, just in case you lose or upgrade your device.
Even if you don't have internet access on site, you can still generate your JSA/JHA/JSEA document (provided you have an active subscription) and you will be still be able to produce a signed and timestamped PDF for the workplace inspector on demand!

Generally this app is great. However I find it incredibly frustrating with the predictive text, some words I simply cannot use as it always changes them to something else, or I have to type really really slow to get around it, which does not always work. I end up with gibberish. Predictive text only is an issue in this app, not the iPad.
Many places use JSEAs now, incorporating the Environmental risks and hazards now. This would be good to include in an update.

Thanks for your feedback.
The text entry in the app uses the iOS system settings to determine whether auto-correction or spellcheck is used.
Could you please check that these features are turned off by going into Settings > General > Keyboard, as these features are generally all turned on by default.

This app has been extremely helpful in my business. Can’t recommend this highly enough. If I could put 10 stars I would.
Are you hiding something?
Ok so I saw your adds on Facebook, app looks good so I down load it then I see I have a free 7day trial starting from now, I search high and low to try and find out how much this will cost after the free period to no avail. So how much will this app be costing me in another 6 days time? It would have been nice to have been warned that this is NOT a free app as it is being promoted as! This is how you lose trust by hiding the important details.

This app is listed as free with in-app purchases offered.
The prices for all in-app purchases on iTunes are displayed in the information section of the store listing, as well as within the apps themselves.
As with most try-before-you-buy and subscription based apps, the only way to let users test the full functionality of the app is by giving a free trial period.
In fact, to be fair, we do not automatically set you up with a subscription that you have to physically cancel to stop - unlike most apps. The choice is yours when the trial period finishes.
