Unique app
So far I’m enjoying what this app is offering. I’ve tried a fair few push-up apps and this is the only free one I’ve found that gives you a set count based off of your max set, all the rest give you a very beginner rep count ie 2-3 reps a set. This sets at a challenging amount but not overwhelming. Give it a try. Worst comes to worst you can delete it 🤷♂️
Great app, shame it doesn’t sync to Health
Awesome app, got my push ups right up after I was stuck doing it on my own. I’ve now paid for the full version. It’s a shame it doesn’t sync to Health, I’m not getting credit for it with my Apple Watch unless I log it manually.

Awesome app, sets everything up really well and so easy to follow.
Do it every second day as it says and it’s a great little way to get that strength training in.
I got to 89 in a row last time, doing the program over again and this time it will be the 100!!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
