Pairing issues
The game is fine for the most part, I generally don’t have any issues with it other than the pairing. It’s so annoying because most times it won’t let me pair and comes up with an icon saying “connection pairing error” and says something along the lines of: “We’re having trouble connecting to your game. Check if your console and phone are both connected to the same network” and it’s stupid because they are. And other times it will let me play with no issues at all. I wish there was a way to fix this, because I have done everything I can to try and find the issue.
Works perfectly fine. Just had some minor inconveniences
So when I downloaded the app it didn’t work the first time. I redownloaded the app, restarted my router, but nothing worked. It kept popping up with that annoying ‘uh uh’ emote saying it had an error. I was obviously bummed out since I have been a JD fan for almost 10 years since the release of JD14. I had every game, bought several consoles like the Wii, Xbox One, and an Xbox Series S just to play all Just Dance games. So obviously I was pretty sad I couldn’t score on JD24E since it has been one of the reasons why I play JD. To get a high score. Then, I knew I had to bring out the big guns. I wrote down all my important login information for the bank, Facebook Messenger, etc on a piece of paper to save them since I knew I would forget them all if I had to do this. After that, I factory reset my phone. Boom. I reinstalled the app, booted up JD24E and suddenly it worked. No more uh uh emote. I was overjoyed, and was happy that the app finally worked. Would have given it 5 stars if I didn’t have to go through that annoying process of trying to troubleshoot and writing down every single piece of login info I had. If it doesn’t work, just factory reset your phone. Don’t know what it did but it did something and I’m glad it did.
Disappointed user
I love Just Dance and was very thrilled by the ability to use my phone to score. There have been a lot of issues with the connectivity and pairing of my phone. I have gone through everything possible to ensure that nothing was left. From resetting my PlayStation, checking and rechecking my wi-fi to deleting and installing this app. But after a whole week of trying, I have finally given up. Wish I could give this app more than 1 star but it’s been troublesome since I started Just Dance 2024 for the past 6 weeks.
