I have been playing this game and as many say as you get to the privacy level it won’t accept anything beyond that point. Please can you fix the bugs and problems. You shouldn’t advertise these apps if you can’t get your rewards. Please consider your customer’s experience and change the verification process much regards Mylene
Verification does not work
Game points work well and games are as expected, a lot of ads but no complaints there. My problem is trying to cash out after putting in some details and accepting their terms and conditions then when you press next on human verification it doesn’t work, I’ve tried clearing the app and everything but no matter how many times I press next it still does not work. Guess it’s not worth the $3 I wanted to cash out😂. Would be understandable if they had a minimum to cash out but they don’t. Just stick with mistplay guys<3
People please read
I have read a lot of reviews and a lot of people have the same problem about cashing out. I had this problem what I did was delete the app but it will reset your points. I re-downloaded it and then it let me do the verification or you have to do is take a photo of your face basically so maybe try and delete it because it did actually let me cash out to my PayPal
