I cannot believe that there is such a dumb app. Seriously, those who designed this app has no common sense. I wanted to get the permission on the website with my professional passport photo however it cannot be resized and keep telling me that I have to upload smaller size but didnot tell me how small the photo needs to be. Then it tells me to use the app to be easier, but no, it is crazy. It asks you to provide the address, but it forces you to search by postcode, then you have to find your exact add by going thru all the street names to find yours. After that, it still forces you to enter manual address one more time, otherwise cannot go forward. The photo self-taking is crazy too and it keeps threatening you that if your photo is not good enough it will be rejected. You cannot take good photos with it anyway. The payment part is ridiculous, they don’t just provide a simple way to key in the number, selecting currency is not clearly explain and at once I could not select the currency before the next step. I had to clear for 3 people it took me 2 hours when it should be a five minute job. Lost the whole motivation to go to KR after :(.

I’m just trying to stay for one night on a stopover with Asiana. Honestly, I’ve spent longer trying to deal with this app then I will on the flight! The passport scan has stopped working, there’s no option to put it in manually. I can’t do it online as the photo won’t resize and it tells you to use the app. Total headache .

Had 4 new Australian passports to do . 2 worked fine . 1 made a minor mistake on scanning a v for a y but we did not pick up , also no backward button to check so visa rejected. The 4 th passport no matter what we did it we could not get it to scan . It turns out you don’t need to scan the passport just enter the details manually and save yourself a lot of time and headaches
