Ka-Block! is a content blocker for Safari that prevents ads and tracking scripts from slowing down web pages you visit.
Many sites use third-party scripts to track your behavior across the web, causing pages to load slowly and draining your Mac’s battery. Blocking these scripts dramatically improves page load time, data usage, and battery life.

Works ok but I think it needs some tweaking!

Only a couple of days into it but it seems to catch most ads across websites I visit. Doesn't appear to have any customisations like whitelisting, etc
Just what I’m looking for.
Can be configured to either block or unblock by default. Does not block all ads on some sites. Only the most obtrusive ones.
