Kaizen is the most accurate, personalised and adaptive training programme out there. If you're a new runner, returning from injury or hunting a new PB in the marathon, half marathon or other race distance; Kaizen is for you.

Kaizen analyses all your past race performances and recent training to provide you with an accurate race prediction (including a marathon finish time prediction). With this data, it builds a personalised training programme that sets you a weekly running target to reach each week in order to achieve your bigger goal. Kaizen gives you the flexibility to train how you like, without the rigidity of other generic training plans.

How can a flexible training plan get me to my goal?

Endurance training is all about the sum of the body of work. A common pitfall of aspiring runners is to place too much emphasis on individual workouts.

Kaizen is the Japanese principle of continuous improvement based on an idea that discrete, ongoing, granular changes can lead to significant benefits. Need a lot of improvement

The idea is great. The app is still not yet mature with a lot of crashes. Take a long time to load the progress and more often than not the records disappear and appear again what seems like syncing issues.
If you want to stay afloat before everyone move on from this app, you need to scale up performance test and get ready for high load.
Love the concept but hate it when it is not reliable and consistent.

Functional but clunky

I have started using it and predictor appears to
tie in with Tanda predictor. Biggest problem is every time I try to set my marathon goal it comes up with 2:00:00 no matter what time I put in. Hence training schedule looks unrealistic to say the least. Like the graph showing marathon improvement but would be nice to have multiple time periods to choose from like Strava fitness graph.

More crashes and little success with integration: it has more bugs than features.
