Disappointed

I think if I had known that the support app was so bad I would have gone with a GoPro.
Need some major enhancements and sync improvements. Lots of lag, slow to sync, limited capacity and not very user friendly.
Please improve.

Crashes without connecting

I can’t connect this app to my new camera. Every time I try connecting, I tap on X350 and the app crashes and force quits. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if that would fix the problem and it hasn’t. From reading some of the other comments, it seems as though this is a common issue and has been happening for a long time now. I’m surprised that KB would not hurry to fix such a major bug sooner.

App works once but never again

As per other comments here, the App works once but then cannot connect to camera again. Some sort of limit is exceeded then it complains of no WiFi connection. If it works once then it should work every time. Until fixed avoid this camera and company - buy a GoPro
