Legal kickstart

I’ve only just completed the first 10 sessions and haven’t tried the next level yet. What I like so far so the app is well thought out and appreciated the discreet mode. The visuals and chimes make it interactive and I found that I did x10 more kegals using the app. Usually after 30 seconds I was bored and done. But I did the first 10 sessions in one sitting about 8 minutes and the time just flew by.

Def needed these reminders!

I’m 8weeks after birth now & want to start running again but Ob says with my 2+ little accidents (just at home thankfully) to wait & get assessed by her Physio (who will pinpoint problem areas) & likely tell me to exercise daily, just like this app helps with. Every reminder I get will help! :) I didn’t really think it was a problem but I don’t want it to get worse! 😂💪 more free sessions would be great Thanks!

So far so good

I have enjoyed the app so far but I only have the first 10 sessions. It would be nice to be able to have access to more sessions for free and for the levels to change in duration and frequency of holds. Other than that it’s really good
