This app is fantastic for anyone wanting to be a KB pro. Steve Cotter is the best KB instructor and promotes perfect for.
Will deserve 5 stars if updated with a quick look or shortcut to the individual exercises in the workouts section. I need to go back through and find the exercise to look at an example. Would be better if it was all there in workouts.
Had to buy it twice awaiting refund
The inapp purchase failed to download so I had to buy the app twice... Still awaiting a refund for my first failed purchase. Will be in contact with Apple and the developer. Be warned!
Steve Cotter is my favourite kettlebell instructor and this is a great resource for all KB users new and old. Love the accessible nature of Steve's instructions and tips. Helps to pick up points to refine techniques for better workouts. Heaps of content as is typical of all of stuff Steve puts out.
