Capture your daily memories, events and more by adding KeyDates or importing from your calendar or social media. Unlock all features for a once-off lifetime fee - no ads or subscriptions!
A Beautiful Timeline:
Your timeline displays each of your memories in reverse-chronological order, and can be filtered easily according to our 16 distinct, colour-coded categories, people, date range, specific year, or On This Day. There is also a simple Search function, as well as an extensive Advanced Search feature so that you can quickly isolate memories as sorted by category, dates or keywords.
On This Day:
By using our easy-to-access button, view each memory from the current date - across all years.
A Modern Calendar:
The calendar functionality, new to 2.0, provides a new view for your memories, with graduating colours for dates with more events - so you can see your most eventful days at a glance.
Tags:
The secure, internal Tagging functionality allows you to privately send a static memory to another user's application with a one-time notification - no chat, comments or private messaging. Accepting the Tag within the app will put a copy of the memory onto the recipient's KeyDates Timeline, and enable the ability to view all events that have been shared with a the other user in a beautiful collated view.
Reminders and Future Events:
Memories set for a day in the future, as well as those with certain Categories like Subscriptions come with the ability to set a Reminder - which will push a notification to you before the event occurs, allowing you complete control of all your Scheduling and Reminders, and pre-setting a KeyDate for events you know will occur in the future.
Export Event Data
All of your data is now cloud-based, however as an added security measure, we offer the capability of exporting your data as a CSV, emailed securely to you. Your account and stored data is able to be deleted at any point in time.

Simply Brilliant
Just upgraded to V2 and it is a big improvement from V1. Having the data on the Cloud means I don’t have to worry about doing backups. Unlimited photos and a video helps add greater dimension to the event being captured. The enhanced UI/UX is a pleasure to use. Well done KeyDates team.

I found KeyDates on their Facebook page and have been waiting for its release. First impression - it lives up to its promise - simple user interface makes it easy to capture memorable moments when they occur and attach photos as well. I can’t use “I forgot” as an excuse any more as KeyDates lets me recall captured memories with ease. I will be updating my past events (that I remember) and also use it for upcoming Events. This will act as a reminder and a placeholder to update on the day. BRILLIANT AND LONG OVERDUE. Thank you KeyDates. Forgetting will now be a thing of the past :)
The app I’ve been waiting for!!
Just the app I needed to not only organise my work/personal life but also help me remember all the dates/times/places associated with the best memories in my life. So easy to use and navigate, with tutorials available when you are first setting up. The timeline set up makes it easy to scroll through the dates you’ve entered and you can filter each category you use! Plus you can add photos to make it extra special. More than worth the money!!!
I use this one daily
Especially after hair appointments- details of what was done : doctor's appointments; kids medical appointments and outcomes of these ; work milestones; personal milestones; holidays etc
When I want the history all I do is click on the category and ALL events are listed on the timeline
