App works well showing projects you can follow and support. Beware investing in a Kickstarter project as Kickstarter steps back from any responsibility when it comes to fraudulent activities of project owners who don’t supply what they say they would. Take for example ‘IVI 3D printer’ that was funded to the tune of over a million dollars, who were supposed to deliver to their backers a 3D printer, laser cutter/engraver and CNC machinery bu 2019. Now 2 years after the promised date. The IVI printer group are no longer responding to emails or forum message. Totally silent! So they have walked off with over $1M in funds. And Kickstarter is not following up and letting investors know what’s happening. So beware of investing in this Organisation. Great App though!

Kickstarter has become a breeding ground for scammers ranging from ones reselling stuff from AliExpress as their own project and pocketing the difference to ones that just take the money and run, and everything in between. Kickstarter does NOTHING about it - why would they? They take their cut from every dollar a gullible supporter invests. It is now impossible to contact their customer service. Zero replies. The only way to get money back from scammers on Kickstarter (real scammers - not failed projects) is to reverse the transaction via a credit card. But then Kickstarter suddenly remembers you exist and demands money back. Well, this “superbacker” has had enough.

Thanks for an awesome app. Works really well to connect us sponsors to shifty deceitful creators like Lampster. Maybe check the messaging part of the app though. I have used it to send messages to the one and only lampster creators but I don’t think it’s working as they have not replied to my questions as to when I make get see my products. I’m sure it’s not because they are 3 years late with the lamp. I mean I have only given them over $800 AUS. Anyway great work. Good for you.
