Free cancellation never available
I’m never able to cancel booking for free, even though they’re weeks in advance! I always have to book or cancel through the care centre. Highly frustrating!
Worst booking system I’ve used
This app is honestly the worst booking app I’ve used in 7 years.
Try and book 2-3 months at a time because it’s so time consuming and painful to do anymore than that and some of the days appear to still be loading after 10 minutes, then once I select less days and go back in, select the sessions I need to book, continue through and a ‘No internet connection’ error appears at the top of the page AND on every single session I’ve booked and I can’t remove the errors to try again, yet can cancel the booking screen without an issue.
Can someone please explain how if I have “no connection” that I’m able to even view anything on the app? As I’ve tried to open it in airplane mode and it won’t load anything other than a big error and nothing else, and if I turn off my network while in the app, an full page error also appears and I’m unable to do anything else, YET while I’m getting this no internet connection error banner message while trying to book, I can still navigate the whole app with no other error messages obstructing me.
Absolute garbage.
Not user friendly
Unfortunately this app is not user-friendly. The layout is not streamlined and the features are limited. I cannot find a way to open the centre directors’ messages to view attachments (e.g. weekly program outlines), and instead have to save the image to my camera roll and zoom in. Furthermore, most of the time, even this circumvention make the app glitch and restart! I also find bookings clunky, and making absences unclear too. Really don’t enjoy this app, sorry. Definitely needs some reconfiguration.
