Love these apps!

I haven't don't any form of fitness in about 5-7 years and I used to be so active. Fell out of it due to sickness and just never got back into it somehow. But with these easy guides I can see myself on track to being stronger than I ever was, I'm determined but this is such great guidance. I definitely recommend this app to those that want to work out, might be scared of the gym, don't know where to begin but would love to get into shape a bit or eventually a lot.

This is a great app for people who don't know a lot of exercises. I have never been to a gym because I knew that I would be spending a lot of money each year on stuff I can do at home and this really facilitates that possibility. I love it and try to us it every day.
