This app and facility is awesome! As a first time user I had a couple of teething problems and Kin were exceptional in their customer service going over and above to assist me with my mistakes. Once I’d put the job out successfully, I had a babysitter booked within 2minutes. Definitely recommend this to others who haven’t yet given it a try. Thanks Kin
Good idea for an app
So much easier. I knew I had a baby sitter confirmed within ten minutes and then I didn’t need cash at the end of the night. Actual app worked smoothly.
Don’t waste your time
Spent 2 weeks trying to get a baby sitter so we could have a date night. After several failed attempts. Then after my wife spoke to the person you runs the agency we followed his advice for a broader search of 68 sitters, based on a weeks notice. Result was 20 sitters who replied and weren’t available, and no other replies ! Resulting in no date night for us. At a cost of $140 for a sitter this is not exactly cheap and yet no hits.
Bottom line, ask your mother or sister to babysit instead.
