Great app do recommend! but there is a few problems...

Hello! and thank you for reading this if you are. As you can see i love the app!! there's just a few little problems. So everything's working fine but the photo start to lag when you drag them to shorten or make it longer, why? i do not know if you can please respond and help me out it's really annoying when that happens and i found cap cut and it was better but i still like kinemaster even if you can't remove any watermarks without the thingy (forgot what it was called) though i do like your app, there is also one more thing when i sometimes try to make a video it just crashes it only happened 5 times so i don't know if it's just my mobile or not. If it is the app please try to fix it, i'm sorry if it's not the app and my mobile (i'll be checking my mobile, ik you can't check my mobile) anyway thank you for creating this creative, beautiful and well-made app

Hello, we are so sorry you've had an issue with KineMaster lagging during the editing process. If you're experiencing any problems like slower performance, restart your device without opening any other apps. You can remove the watermark by tapping the Subscribe Now button on the KineMaster home screen. Next, we will be happy to help you with your crashing issues when you contact KineMaster's technical support. You can do that by tapping the FAQ button, then tap the prompt that relates to your issue. Tap the Email Support button at the bottom if your issue has not been solved. Please include screenshots or screen recordings of your issue.

In the meantime a possible workaround for lag issues is to reduce the layers in a project by creating projects in blocks (intro, ending, etc.) and saving them each separately to be added into the final project. Additionally, saving each time you've added a layer that you’re satisfied with and then importing that video into a new project can greatly reduce lag. No more layers!?! Please bring back layers on my version...

Okay when I finished updating KineMaster I thought it wa shuts some bug fixes noticing that there was something fishy I tried to show a friend some audio on a project then suddenly it wasn’t playing!? I checked on other projects with some layers too and it was the same thing. I watched a few videos if there was a way to fix it but it didn’t even without or there is internet it doesn’t work

A few days later I noticed about a certain platform on my iPads update menu on the App Store little did I know that layers wasn’t in the newer platforms section with me having a mentor brake down having a 2015 iPad Air 2 model was kind of a bit strange with have a pretty old iPad but I had to use loop holes but I can only access layers which are photos not videos but it made it a bit tricky for me with other things for my friends like green screen unable too be used because I don’t have a better version the only too have audio is the old fashion way recording gives me a few difficulties because of a busy house I have to shut every door and some of the adults opening thinking I’m talking to strangers. I appreciated the time I had layers Rest In Peace layers for me :(

What happened to you, KineMaster?

Now, as a content creator, I have been using this app since last year. It’s been greater than other video apps I’ve encountered, with plenty of options to choose from when creating videos. Despite having to live with an embarrassing watermark, I would've defiantly recommended this app.

That was until tonight, I was only halfway through a project, when suddenly I checked to see that the footage was missing. That was only a small red flag I could work around though, right? I checked the photos to put the footage back in from iCloud. Then the inevitable happened. The app said, and I quote, “KeEp yOur PhoToS and VidEOs PriVate, KineMaster can’t access your photos due to lack of privacy” all that. I checked settings. There was nothing wrong. No option that said anything about privacy. I even checked into the privacy option. It was as if the app didn’t even recognise what kind of app KineMaster is. This may just be me with this issue, and I know you probably already have enough reviews to deal with. Either way, if you don’t fix this issue, I’m going back to the iMovie drawing board.

Hello, we're sorry you're having an issue with KineMaster app permissions. KineMaster needs permission to access your Photos app in order to edit media. Here is how to fix this: Tap Settings, then scroll down to KineMaster in your list of Applications. Tap on KineMaster, the tap on Photos and select "Read and Write" from the menu. When you restart KineMaster you will be able to access your media through the app. If this does not solve the issue, please contact KineMaster's technical support, and we will be happy to help you. You can do that by tapping the FAQ button, then tap the prompt that relates to your issue. Tap the Email Support button at the bottom if your issue has not been solved.
