It's rare I find a free game that I am shocked to discover how great it is. This is quite possibly the best free game I've ever played and therefore also the best tower defence game I've played.It is so well balanced and just simply an excellent strategy game, including some real time, quick decision making needed.Better yet, the regular missions (even the last one), I was able to get three stars on + also pass the level on the highest difficulty, without having to spend any crystals. Yes, many levels took multiple attempts on the highest difficulty but that's not a bad thing, it just made it all the more satisfying with the accomplishment.Then there are the extra hard core missions. I'm fairly sure most of these are impossible on the hardest difficulty without using gems. But the good thing is, if you really want to replay levels over and over again, you can accumulate gems for free - otherwise those happy to spend the $'s have this option too.I seriously can't recommend this game enough.The only improvements I would suggest are explanation of the top level tower special powers (maybe I was just ignorant but I didn't understand them and therefore didn't use them at all during my first run through on standard difficulty). And secondly, it would be nice if there were ways to access the additional heroes you don't unlock through the game. This is only minor though.

This is an incredible work of art. I love this game so much. The gameplay is very fun and challenging. The enemies are varied and well thought out and the towers all have their own use and purpose. The best thing though is the love and attention to detail put into this game. You can tell the developers are really passionate and it shows in every way. From the mini Easter eggs hidden in all the detailed levels, to the voice acting with popular culture references, there’s just so much thought put into this game. Play it!! 10/5 stars

To easy to accidentally quit mid level, menu pops up easily and quit or restart are massive full screen buttons with no confirm message. Could be 10 minutes into a hard boss level and quit within a second because of the silly menu. Half the time I’m using a power or upgrading a tower and it pops into the screen for no reason. Really need to fix this or add a “are you sure” with a smaller button.

I think the game is an amazing game it is very fun and I never get bored of it. It would make it better if you could fix up the option where you can quit while playing and it is very easy to do this accidentally I have already done this. Also this would be very annoying for someone who had their only chance and messed it up because of this feature but other than that I think it is a good game.😀
