Kinnections is preventative safeguarding infrastructure for primary schools — a simple weekly check-in that helps teachers notice the early signs a child needs support, and act before small concerns grow.
Once a week, in about thirty seconds per child, a teacher answers five quiet questions. Kinnections turns those check-ins into a clear, early picture of each child across four signals:
• Connection — who does this child feel close to?
• Hope — do they have something to look forward to?
• Safety — have they felt unsafe lately?
• Wellbeing — how are they feeling, week to week?
(Plus a fifth signal: is there a trusted adult they can turn to?)

This information is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Notes are private to teachers. Data is scoped to your school and encrypted in transit. Kinnections is a tool for educators — children do not sign in or use the app.
