This app is a game changer for property buyers. It helps us screen properties more efficiently with 3D map and AI insights so we don’t have to drive all the way to the houses to find the properties is under the ground or a HV transmission line runs through the backyard. The chat also provides strategies to negotiate with the agent. I’m still exploring the app but it’s already the hands down the go to app when I am looking for houses.
