Improvements and bug fixes

Please put more descriptions for items and buildings as to their uses. Some items are not too clear what they are used for and what does the bakery and sanatorium do?

After updating.
Can no longer open inventory game crashes every time I try.

After pressing on tribe members there is a 2 to 3 second delay

This game is a lot of fun. I like how easy it is for VoiceOver users to navigate. I would definitely recommend this game.
