Helpful to reduce the amount I snore. Takes a bit of trial and error to dial in the settings, but once you do, there is an improvement and my snoring is definitely reduced from using this app.

This app has changed my wife’s life
KoalaNap has changed my wife’s life. No longer does she have to put up with me sawing away like a deranged Canadian lumberjack. All that remains is the odd snort or hurngg before the app shuts it down like a SAS sniper on overwatch, leaving no traces of sound to stir her from her peaceful slumber.
I’ll be honest, I did not think this application would be as effective as it is, but I have been amazed at the results. My wife cannot recommend this application highly enough.
