No support, don’t waste your money

Cleary there’s an issue with the app, which is required to adjust anything and everything about the camera, inoperable for many IOS updated now and no sign of any attempt to address. The poor grammar in the app description is probably sufficient warning to steer clear. I will be spending my money on an alternative brand that reviews show, provides ongoing support.

Finally Fixed Please Read Fixed IOS 13 Problem

I had to contact customer support finally they told me how to get it running after IOS13 update now it works fine again they sent step by step instructions hope this will help after the update

Fix it

Hi - same problem as everyone else, I cannot connect to the camera from the IOS update. The wifi is connected ok however when I open the app it still asks me to connect again and in here it only shows “KPT850- “ as the wifi name and it’s fails even though the wifi on my phone is connected correctly.

Sort it out.
