Easy, avoid unknown fee’s
Very easy to use and see amount owing vs time left to pay since you can view your interest free term and owing amount like the data you have left to use on your phone per month.
Also, when making a payment, you will see which methods incur an extra fee. Just be careful as the fee free ones usually take longer to transfer, so don’t use them with 3-4 days or less till due otherwise you may be charged a late fee.

Now correct me if I am wrong but I thought the whole point of this app is to keep track of your account and be able to pay it? Firstly I used to use the Go MasterCard app and I could pay my bill using my debit card this one you cannot. I have just tried to pay my account and it tells me Bank Transfer will be available again in 5 days? What’s that all about also there is no notification that I have actually paid today! so I am not sure if I actually paid! I will have to go and check my bank account now. Why are you not fixing these issue and why are you making it difficult to pay? Bring back the old app it was so much better! Oh and buy the way the 5 days I am waiting to be able to use the bank transfer is past the due date of my monthly payment! Is this so you can charge me????
I like the app. Not much not to like. I would like though to see each transaction being able to by me marked as verified by. My card gets used all over the world. Sometimes travelling sometimes shopping.
The reason being is I just bought some concert tickets overseas and would have liked to go straight in to the app and marked them off as verified, stopping the automated calls from fraud prevention.
Another thing is my auto-deductions monthly we’re stopped by fraud prevention after another dodgy charge I didn’t approve was made.
I would think that the same charge, the same day every month wouldn’t be flagged as suspicious.
Other than these issues the app is great.
