A much improved update to the old method… 😀😉👍

This app, when fully working, is great to use as well as easement to do several things for your card in a flash, whether it be disable it, change the pin for security or even order a new card or card number. During these tough times today, it’s great to have up to 2 years interest free on things when needed and be able to pay it off at your comfort. You’re also able to make extra repayments whenever the time suits you now, unlike the old method, which was literally a once a week payment. You can also choose which transaction you which to apply each payment to, I.E. if you wish to pay something down/off, go for it!!! 😀👍😎

Can’t log in! Useless!

Logging in on the app isn’t even hit & miss, I’m lucky if I can log in every 10-15 attempts! Sometimes I have to try a few times a day for up to 3-4 days. I haven’t had any problems with apps (so far) except this! I’ve tried 3 times this morning, 4 times yesterday and a few times the day before! Why? Apple refer me to the developer, which is what I expected to hear, so here I am 2+yrs since getting this app and having the same problem it’s always had. This is only my second review and I’m wondering why I haven’t reviewed this a long time ago but after putting up with your useless call centre staff and attempting to log in to check transactions and pay YOU money, leaving a review seems the only option you’ve left me.
Face recognition (when the app finally gets me there) looks like it’s going to work but after a few seconds takes me to a log in page, which does nothing but makes the app look like it’s doing something, but opens the log in page again. So I click face recognition and it does the same thing!
Considering you’re a financial institution, I’d have thought you would be aware of this issue, as it’s never changed in 2yrs. Reading some of the other reviews, I’ve had the same and similar issues as theirs but my main gripe with this app is I CANT LOG IN!! Please, consider paying someone to use this app like a customer, make a list of all the issues (if they can even log in) and fix them so the app actually works.

Lack of communication

I am the owner/holder of a long term account with Latitude and have not received any correspondence or support from Latitude arising from the recent cyber incident despite a lengthy call by me to your Contact Centre where the girl taking the call could not understand me and I had no idea what she was saying due to her thick accent. I also tried to send an email to your “help” email address which bounced back.
When I commenced my account with you years ago I agreed to give a second card on my account to my partner Silvano Ventura at his address at Kogarah and he received a letter dated 9/6/23 from your company advising him in relation to the cyber incident.
I am the owner of the account and have received nothing from Latitude and I assume as the owner my details have been compromised. I am not happy with the fact I have heard nothing from Latitude and am considering closing my account due to your inefficiency and lack of consideration to your account holders. I await your immediate response. Susan Tribolet
