• How does Laundryheap work?
Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities.
• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.
• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.
• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.
• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

Great service!!
When in NY recently we found we desperately needed to get some washing done. We were running out of socks and underwear😬
Using the Laundry Heap App I quickly and easily booked a window for washing pickup. Using the App was hassle free and easy. I was given a time frame for pick up and then sent an email for real time tracking for the driver and I could watch for when he arrived. Within 24hrs our washing was washed, dried, folded and returned to us. We were super happy with this service and recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have quick access to washing facilities.

Absolutely fantastic experience
We are a family of 6 and are holidaying in Singapore. The laundry cost through our hotel was far too expensive so I decided to try Laundryheap and they did not disappoint!
It was so easy to organise through the app. The communication on where it's at, when it would be collected and returned was so great.
And it was cost effective also!! Will definitely be using again!

Best service I’ve found in London!
Having been away for over a month I was sick of paying the ridiculous rates hotels charge for just a few items. I had most of my clothes washed with LaundryHeap and miraculously had them back in less than 24hours. Plus it cost a fraction of the hotel, and they came back looking great!
