• After each 4-week phase, decide if you want to advance immediately, or continue in your new pattern

- Phase 2: Optimize – Learn how to optimize WHEN you eat for a healthy metabolism. Leverage the power of intermittent fasting and time-restricted feeding for ongoing success.

- Phase 3 - Refine – Learn how to CYCLE your diet for optimal metabolic health over time. You’ll learn how to leverage the power of an intermittent, high-quality ketogenic diet to further advance and sustain your healed metabolism.
