Works but then forgets users

It’s ok when it’s working but then out of the blue it “forgets” your account and have to create a new one. At which time you lose all your previous data. This has happened to me twice now and it’s really annoying.

Help with login!

Have been using this app with the scales and all worked well for years but recently it will not let me login? I login on the first page with all the details but a flash message appears stating security error login again and this keeps happening every time I login . I have now changed my password but no luck. Developer can you assist?

Getting locked out issue

I have this app and the Bluetooth scales. It worked fine for a couple months, until one day you get locked out, and the app no longer remembers your password.

What worked for me, was I reset my password using the same email but a different password, and I got back into the app.
