How secure is Ledger if they can’t even produce a bug free app???
My Ledger Live App shows my portfolio balance in a horizontal line. Also even though I have currency selected as AUD, when I click on BTC it shows USD. Ask for assistance, you get a Bot that says their aware of horizontal line issue and working on it?? What confidence can you have in the security of a product such as the Ledger device if the Ledger Live App is so obviously flawed with such bugs and incorrect data displayed? Answer, None!! I will be moving my crypto off my Ledger device permanently to a superior device.
Zero ⭐️‘s for customer service
Got a nano X delivered to my address and excitedly unboxed the object that I had been anticipating for 5 days. So disappointed that the cold wallet was completely dead cold and wouldn’t open (start). I reached out to this fine outfit only to find that there is zero interest in problems and preferable treatment saved for money not yet acquired. This whole episode has has me looking straight at Trezos model T - couldn’t be worse
