Unprofessional service
I ordered 2 eye wear costed me 5700 they rang and ask me to collect I went to collect the girl did nt check properly ( one lens was not lined up/ fitted properly) she just packed and hand in to me , next day when I checked in on of the glass lens was not fitted properly was poping out. I rang Araghar dehradun branch but they were closed. I went to store did show them this they told me to order again will take 3-4 days .since I was going out of the town next day. I requested refund since I paid in cash they denied refund aswell , at last store manager suggested me to order new one but I had to pay delivery fee what a shame!now I was going to pay for there mistake. I was really upset I left my glasses there and walked away. I lost my 3450 rupees but learnt new lesson. What service we can expect from this big business.
Worst customer service
Even have a gold membership for one year. Still they just tries delivery in different district than ordered and returns products saying address not found. Don’t even have the courtesy to call. And that was the first order made from them. The customer follow up support is the worst. Uninstalling the app and never will order from here again.
