Meetings notes made easy
I have only been using this app a couple of weeks but I love it. It takes my meetings including attendees, apologies etc. from my calendar and even picks up bullet points and makes them agenda items - which you can then change if you want to. You can write notes, decisions and actions, all presented in a very professional manner in an email with banner headings for notes and actions to attendees. The most amazing thing for me is that the actions are then placed in the person responsible's TASK list on the due date. I love it.

Great little app. This app makes it super easy to take accurate minutes for meetings and communicate all matters discussed with other attendees. The only down fall to the free version is you can not save a custom agenda for your meeting, you have to create the agenda each time a meeting is commenced. However in the paid version it is possible to save agendas for meetings. I would recommend it to anyone needing a simple program to take minutes with, as this app is super simple to navigate.
Great Productivity Tool!
There is not a day go by that I don't use this tool, it has saved me time and now they have improved it I don't get the drop outs I use to and the ability to close out a meeting and have the minutes and action items sitting on peoples desktops by the time they return is phenomenal.
I would recommend this tool to anyone who wants to buy back time from work meetings and take that time to do other things.
