Can’t get rid of number notifications
What on earth is with the number notifications in menu? You can’t find where they are and you can’t make them go away. My OCD is just about at its limit and I’m going to delete the app because I can’t get rid of these!!!

So why?
GreenCross told me to download this. The only thing I thought might be useful was the chat when getting support.
The only support this app gives is a chat that doesn’t work, and LGBTQ support about if your co-workers are gay/trans/straight. IDK, maybe treat them like a human being or don’t work there.
I’m really confused why this app exists, especially if it’s broken and the chat doesn’t even exist

Not 24 hour service
I was told this was a 24 hour service and the woman in the chat said to me yes, it is. Oh but I would have to wait until the next business day for any sort of counselling. Lady, I’m having a crisis right now! I need help! Nope sorry, next business day unless you’re going to assassinate yourself! Worst EAP ever.
