Really love this app but it always crashes :(
I love everything about this app!! I've been using it for years however the only thing that frustrates me is that it constantly crashes, especially when I try to write a note with a check in. Among all the updates this app has had I still have this problem on numerous different iPhones! Please fix! Other than that, amazing app.
My favourite app
Lift is a truly incredible self-tracking tool built on the foundation of proven behavioural design techniques and has a beautiful and minimalistic interface which makes it a pleasure to use. Since using Lift I have found that my personal adherence to every habit I have tracked has improved immensely compared to every other method and app that I have tried previously. The concept of maintaining streaks gives me the extra little push when my willpower is low and if I ever lose focus on the things that are important to me I have found Lift to be the key mechanism which allows me to reconnect and get back on track. Add to this a layer of support and shared knowledge via the community and you really have a powerhouse for self-improvement which can create the frame work to assist you in achieving the standards and goals that you wish to set for yourself.
You Should Be Aware That:
For some while l've been looking for a phone App that tracks accounts displays positive behaviour change through habit change. After establishing myself in Lift finding a supportive community and coming to understand its potential I was over come by this profound sense of joy.
It's day five previous impenetrable resistance to change cascades away. I've halved my daily Coke a Cola addiction, established 'I've already commenced' habit changing activities, which now are all in one place.
Best of all, day five, I've had a break thought meditating. Habits are fifty percent of our day. They are mostly automatic and to change them a 'thinking trigger' needs to be at the front of the habit. You can establish this 'thinking trigger' as a habit to create in Lift, set a reminder and as all Apps evolve Lift's functionality and features excite me no end.
