What a scam of a game, on two occasions this game has taken all my coins and all my lightning points and made me a new player. The last time was on 9/3/20 when I had $850 million coins and 383,00 lightning points one day into the new season. The last time was similar and also one day into the new season. Support are totally useless and very unhelpful. I was told to do a factory reset of my iPhone but that did nothing it’s clearly the app. If you think I’m paying real money for fake coins think again. This has happened to other people I know who have this crapy app. Typical greed from the Aristocrat company. I recommend NOT TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP because you are wasting your time try to get anywhere on it because as soon as you do well they seem to magically take all you have worked for and start you from the start

The games have been recalibrated to never pay , free games are harder to get, payouts are smaller, hits are non existent, bonus games are rare to win any coins, more often than not it’s just a colour change on the screen, lots of colour and noise, no wins, broken is what it appears to be, no wins, high value turns up for no logical reason except to tease, it won’t turn up if you win bonus or free games, it’s been fiddled with again only now it never gives any feature games on cash spark, over $300M+ and nothing, no feature, no bonus, playing Yu Ti for a couple of months and no wins, no decent bonus wins, nothing, just colour changes , never expect to get a major bonus win it just never shows up! Ever. film your play,, continuously, it will verify the game results, support is impotent to act because it is not their job, only blame and pacify the players, Recalibrated 1 day ago, I thought so because of the game play performance, don’t expect any wins! There is no such thing! Bonus prizes never show no matter how high or how much you play for, mini, minor and major bonus never appear on spins like they used to, winning any game whether feature of bonus is like finding chickens have teeth Classic bait and switch ,
Play the games if you like to lose, feature games never pay, bonus games never pay, there is no such thing as any type of win, just colour change and the lowest wins possible, the games have been ruined completely, there is no possibility for any game wins,

I spent over $250 in coins this week without a thought. I got absolutely nothing back from it so i msgd them out of frustration detailing that the app has changed as when you used to previously purchase coins you would get something back. I also mentioned how because of mental health problems i took it rather harshly not getting anything back. I completely understand that it’s my risk playing them but when you do not get a feature from 180 million or more that it’s sort of ridiculous. Then they instantly got back to me from that “VIP” link in app & instantly blocked my account only after i raised my hand to ask as to why it is so unfair. Then they rubbed my mental health problems in my face by saying because i used those words they seen fit to block me. What would of happened if i didn’t speak up about how rigged this app is so it was a blessing i disguise as i won’t be ever buying coins anymore because apparently once your blocked that’s it no matter who you speak to that’s it! So not only do they run an app with rigged machine’s they also double as psychiatric professionals who judge your life without even an adult conversation or reasonable explanation for what is happening.
