3. Fixed the NVR AI events in the alarm event list were not classified correctly.
4. Fixed there’s no sound when speaking through the mobile phone microphone while connected to V1 camera.

Ratings and Reviews
Doesn’t work to load past recordings
This app works until I try to view the recordings in PTP mode. It tells me I need a firmware update. But I am up to date according to latest version Lilin firmware update page. Model number NVR 3216. Ok to view recordings when connected on the same wifi network (ie ptp not in use). Any ideas?

What’s the go with the star icon for navigating camera groups? This is bad user interface design. I didn’t know how to move around to different camera groupings, and this button seemed to me to favourite the current screen. But no! It lets you select an alternate grouping! What I wanted but not intuitive at all. Also it is so slow to respond to button taps, eg going from live camera screen back to menu, that you actually go to push the button a second time, and then this tap is picked up and takes you back to where you were! Laughable! This app needs work.

Please fix these issues and let us interact properly with the hardware we have purchased. I must say, all the interface options I have used (old app, browser NVR login) are all lacking, have poor design and need drastic improvement!

We understand your frustrations with the P2P mode. Since this NVR model is discontinued, so we will not upload more firmware for this model to our website.
Please download the firmware from the link below and update to your NVR3216 and the playback will be supported.

Unbelievable
Lilin pride themselves on quality cameras and NVRs, but they can’t program a reasonable quality app. What’s the good of a quality security system if app access and functionality is third rate.

Improved a lot from previous version
This newly released app version has added quite a few new features that have been asked for from before. The ease of use has been greatly improved in many ways. In general, it is a pretty positive release than its previous version. Hope the dev team can focus on new features help improve user experience and stability.
