Terrible app and website

Certificate failed login again and Again and again. When you type what holding you have they don’t even appear. Which means you cannot re register or login anywhere. Where are your professional IT staff??????????? To fix these issues. Terrible service .

Can’t seem to login

Certificate validation Fails message and than I get transferred to Identity Server 3 and have options and can change settings but I still can access anything it’s as bad as the web page when you couldn’t log in and had to setup you account all

Certificate validation failed

Stopped working all of a sudden. Had lots of issues with Face ID, had to re-register a few times, but it was easy to see my investment so I let it slide. Now I can’t login, can’t re-register.. getting a certificate validation failed error the minute the app loads!
