Our software solution provides real time information to and from mobile field works and/or tracks a fleet of vehicles through real time GPS tracking, and manages jobs and customers through a single application. The LINKSOFT Assistant is the mobile device component of our software solution.

LINKSOFT Via my apple iPhone
Very disappointed with the support I am getting from the team. I keep on hearing the same scenario every time I call in regards to the notifications alerts that I am receiving from LINKSOFT via apple to my iPhone. Have spoken to technical and programming support at apple on two occasions and have exhausted all avenues in regards to correct setup of my iPhone. In conclusion to this apple have advised me that it is a programming issue. I depend heavily on this app for my work.
Bad system and support
This is a bad system and the company don’t seem to want to hurry to fix the issue regarding the program not being able to be used when on mobile data. This happened after the last iPhone update and the company tells me it’s an iPhone issue. This is not a good response seeing I have to use it everyday as I am on the road.
Rubbish programming
What’s the point of geo locations when there wildly wrong 70% of the time
Can’t sign on iPhone because of rubbish programming
Half the reason I left my old job was to escape this hot pile fecal matter they call a working app
