Well designed, good comms and software. Reliable!
Very happy with this well designed remote watering system. Very easy to setup. Software works well and the communication link and functionality has not failed me as yet. Compared to the lower priced and commonly available B-hyve, LinkTap is streets ahead on every front and especially in relation to the reliability of the connection communication system unlike B-hyve which I’ve had no end of trouble with. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a user for a few years now and absolutely love the support (Jack is very responsive, helpful polite - top notch), design of units, functionality, reliability and overall the system delivers a great user experience at every level - I highly recommend this organisations products & services, and that’s rare to find these days imho.

I had an issue logging in as an invitee. Jack got back to me within a few hours, not bad for a Sat night! Resolved my issue within a few minutes.
