Pay for tolls only when you use them. Notifications remind you when payment is due. Forgot to pay straight away? No stress – LinktGO will automatically charge your saved card if trips become overdue, so you can keep you driving.

- Already travelled?
Pay for past toll trips by registering to LinktGO within 72 hours of travelling. And as long as you pay on time, you’re now covered for all future trips, too.

- Pay instantly
LinktGO displays your trip details in real time. Review and pay as you go directly from the app.

- You’re in control
Review your trips before paying. You can choose “Not my trip” if someone else is paying, e.g., you’re traveling in a friend’s car.

- You’re always covered
If you forget your phone or your battery’s flat and a trip isn’t captured by your GPS in real time, it’ll appear within a few days. Hang tight – this delay won’t trigger a toll notice.


- LinktGO is not designed to work with other toll payment accounts. For the best experience, make sure you don’t have another account.

- The cost of each LinktGO trip is made up of the toll charge plus a 95-cent service fee. For other, reduced-fee options please visit Linkt.com.au.

*You can use LinktGO to pay for toll notices on the CityLink in VIC or the Eastern Distributor, Hills M2, Lane Cove Tunnel and Westlink M7 in NSW. If you received a toll invoice for the EastLink or a toll notice for the Cross City Tunnel, Sydney Harbour Bridge & Tunnel, WestConnex M4, or M5 South-West Motorway, please follow payment instructions on your letter.

So far a waste of time

As an infrequent visitor to Sydney I find the toll roads an absolute nightmare to keep track of and pay. You might use 2 or 3 toll roads, and each has to be paid individually, and you have to keep checking to see if the trip has appeared online. If you forget to pay one you get hit with an absolutely extortionate "admin" charge (ie. highway robbery - literally). So I thought this app would be the answer. I made sure I registered my car and my credit card. I opened the app before my trip and said a prayer. A message appeared at the top of my phone to say LinktGO was using my location, but after the trip, nothing, nix, nada. Anyway, the trips finally came through a couple of days later and payment was easy. The developers assure me the bug has been fixed - we'll see in a week or two!
As for the tolls - Oh My God! I've travelled a lot and I've driven in many other countries and I've never had to pay so much!!! Do your job NSW government, and stop robbing people! I'm glad I don't have to live in Sydney and drive every day.

Hi Dub, thanks for leaving your feedback – we appreciate hearing about your experience and we are working every day to get it right. We had a bug throughout Nov/Dec that affected some of our customers’ ability to receive GPS trips. This has since been resolved in the latest release. Please feel assured that as long as you correctly register your vehicle details and a credit card (which it sounds like you have) and are not blocked, LinktGO will always send you your trip once we receive the road-side information. This can take a few days.

Fantastic customer service!

At first I had nothing but issues with the app and I reviewed the app accordingly, within 30 hours I had a customer service representative named Barry call who resolved the issues. I was unaware I had misspelt a letter on my license plate so I had been getting trips refunded after I paid, Barry was fantastic about it and informed me I made them aware of a bug in the app which has now been fixed where it was sending me notices after I removed vehicles. Thankfully it has stopped and I cannot praise the customer service of this app highly enough.

Hi Matthew, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We’re always here to address questions and issues - just get in touch via the Help Centre in the app. We’ve found that some customers have mixed up a letter or number on their number plate when entering it in the app and end up inadvertently registering a vehicle that’s not theirs. We can only go by the number plate that’s entered by the customer, so the app will send trips for that vehicle. We also had a bug recently where some customers received GPS trips after deregistering. This has been resolved in the latest release. Please feel free to reach out via the Help Centre and we can investigate further.

I have never given a bad review on any products . This managed to make me do it. I registered my car to LinktGO app . My credit card details as I didn’t have a tag for my new car and the service was sold by LinktGO on the phone when I called the toll number that shows on the signs in all tunnels of nsw . When I called the number they told me download the app. When my card was charged a month ago for two toll trips and yet I received 2 toll notices this month I called to ask why am I receiving a toll notice if I paid already through the LinktGO app. They told me : “ they are not the same as us “ they are just an app . So if you have problems with the app you have to call them directly ! No phone number available . I have been charged by this app and I am being double charged by the toll for the same trips . No records of the Payments have been shared to the toll gov service . And when I try to remove my credit card details to avoid any more robbing I can’t delete it .

We'd be happy to investigate your situation and help you out. Please make sure that you have the correct number plate registered (sometimes zeros and capital Os can look similar, for example) to avoid toll notices. LinktGO will never double charge, as we validate all trips against toll point cameras. We look forward to hearing from you.
