Cannot shoot video to my phone
I can’t shoot video through my phone camera without going live to a chosen platform. I can take still photos with my camera but not video, what’s the point of having AI face tracking for a still photo? Does not explain this on the box when making the decision to purchase so I am returning it to the store for a refund.
Can’t get the photo after taken
I took a lot of photos in my birthday and then it havent been save to anywhere in my phone. I tried to take other photos then realized that there is no way to get the photos after taken by the camera in the app. Worst experience ever.
No video feature and no calling with apps like messenger
Fun rotating stand, very lacklustre APP. Want to use it for video calls NOT broadcasting. Its only useful feature rn is taking pictures.
